Such a serious lack of marketing advice out there - no wonder 75% of coaches who want to, never make it `big`. 

I`m so happy to be discovering more coaches like you who are filling this gap. I`m headed there as well and in the meanwhile, look at the Gold I`ve got access to :D I`ll be working on my UBS and USP ..

There are several tools available online that give coaches insight into how the client thinks. One of my most favorite tools is discussion groups or forums where my market hangs out. I find that just perusing posts with lots of views and replies gives me an understanding of the questions as well as solutions that my prospect have. I can take words and phrases from the comments and use them in my sales copy describing what I offer, or in an email subject line. I make a point to use words and phrases from the discussion groups so that the topics stand out as relevant.
