Rhonda – Thanks for a great article. Ironically, I just read an old article in which Thomas Leonard suggests coaching 100 people for free to get over the ‘fraud factor’. However, Thomas was always clear that coaches don’t ‘save’ anybody. Approaching a client from that angle isn’t coaching; it’s codependent.

A side tip in getting clients to sign up for your fees is to put your fees in perspective.

That is, ensure that your prospect has seen a lot of the value you can bring as a coach – big part of that is honing in on your prospects desires/wishes/goals/feelings around that … really help them paint what their life could become. (best help them aim high)

You’ll fit in as the key to reaching it.
