Hey Shann - sounds marvelous! Collect fees with an online sign up form connected to a merchant service/shopping cart such as Professional Cart Solutions and when they enroll have them double opt-in into an Aweber list. You'll need accounts for these if you don't have them already. Have your webmaster create the code to connect it all up for you. These programs are the best way to manage these income/programs/mailing lists. Aweber allows you to easily send follow up emails and later on communicate about other offers you have for them. Fees could be all over the board depending on what you're offering to what market. In the first article on the Mastermind series I suggested 1/3 to 1/2 of your full coaching fee per person per month. It could be more if you're offering more with the Mastermind. You can offer a single payment discount if the group is meeting for a set length of time, such as 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Hi Ronda,

I am creating a Get Focused Now Mastermind group for women entrepreneurs. How do you recommend collecting fees? I am considering offering a monthly payment option with an agreement to stay in the group for a minimum amount of time?

Rhonda, as always you are dead on target! I was thinking about this very subject as we were just notified that our Centre is closing July 31st so am being pushed by the Universe to do what has been there for years, I just hadn’t had the confidence…and Mastermind is a good way to start with some of my past participants and staff. Thank you for your wonderful ideas and support!!!

This is a great article – just read it> It has given me some great ideas on a master mind group related to hockey.
