I loved this article and this is the phrase that really hit home: "when you decide to release preferences and expectations and keep moving forward. You feel equally happy delivering coaching, teaching a class or writing a blog, because you realize that it’s all of one piece."

I have learned just recently that releasing expectations is the best way for me to stay upbeat, happy and truly enjoy my coaching practice more. And as I read that sentence I realized that I'm really getting there...it really is all one piece and I'm enjoying the whole spectrum!

Thanks for the great article Rhonda!
