Thanks for suggesting this article, it&#039;s great!  Taking high payoff actions just seem so challenging to me.  I&#039;m so good at procrastinating that I procrastinate with other projects that aren&#039;t as important right now, or maybe even other projects I shouldn&#039;t even be doing.  Your idea to pick three high payoff actions and do them first thing in the morning have already worked for me.  I made myself sick over making some calls and had put it off until it poisoned everything I was successfully doing.  Finally, I made the calls.  It took less then an hour!  What a relief!  I got a bunch of other stuff out of the way effortlessly right after those calls.  It was like cleaning up a log jam. I&#039;m ready to start making more high payoff actions and stop letting Procrastination be the boss of Me!  Thanks for the solid advice.</description>
